Your use of Lumi AI is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases, where available, are processed through the applicable app marketplace and subject to its billing policies.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumi AI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
